Release/Waiver I, the parent/Guardian of the registrant, a minor, agree that I and the registrant recognize any and all of the above required of all OESA members and that further, we will abide by the rules of OESA,OSYSA, USYSA, USL, US Club Soccer and it’s affiliate organizations and sponsors.
