The Girls' ECNL Playoffs took place in Lakewood Ranch, FL during the week of June 30-July 7th.  The top teams in the ECNL came together to vie for championship success!  Ohio Elite Soccer Academy did not disappoint.  The club qualified three teams and put together a week to remember!

The 2004G ECNL Team competed in the Champions League for an opportunity to win a National Championship.  The girls went 2-0-1 in the group stage to earn a birth in the quarterfinals against a tough LAFC Slammers.  Despite a valiant effort, our girls lost 3-1 and finished the season ranked an impressive 8th in the ECNL!!

The 2005G ECNL Team competed in the North American CUP and became the first Ohio Elite Team to WIN THE CHAMPIONSHIP!!  The girls advanced to the finals after an intense and hard fought 4-3 win in the semi-finals vs Scorpions Soccer.   The Finals would prove to be a game to remember.   After trailing 0-1 in the first half, the girls rallied for 2 second half goals to end regulation in a 2-2 tie.  This set the stage for two 15 minute OT halves in intense heat.  With merely two minutes left in the second OT, the girls found the back of the net for a 3-2 win and the North American CUP Championship!!

The 2006G ECNL Team competed in Showcase B.  Their week was cut short due to the expected weather from Hurricane Elsa, but this didn't stop the girls from finding success.  Before being cut short, the girls won both of their games to advance to the semi-finals, including an overtime (pks) win that provided plenty of drama!
