Team Online Registration

TEAM ONLINE REGISTRATION DUE:  FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 14TH, 2020

Registration Instructions: 

1. Login to your team's GotSoccer account and go to 2020 Ohio Elite College Showcase

2. Click on the Documents tab

3. Select the specific document you would like to upload, choose the file you would like to upload, then upload the file

For Team's Registering Through US Youth Soccer (USYS), You will need to complete and upload the following documents:

  • Valid 2019-2020 US Youth Soccer Team Roster
  • Valid 2019-2020 US Youth Soccer Player Passes (Including Guest Player Passes) - All Passes must be USYS
  • Permission to Travel (for teams registered outside of Ohio-South)
  • Valid 2019-2020 US Youth Soccer Guest Player Roster
  • 2020 Team Contact Form (download PDF Form Below)
  • 2020 Liability Release Form (download PDF Form Below)
  • 2020 Parent Concussion Acknowledgement Form - Send all parents the Ohio Dept. Of Health Concussion Information Sheet and then have them sign the 2019 Parent Concussion Acknowledgement Form (download PDF Forms Below) *Only teams outside of Ohio
  • 2020 Lindsay's Law Form for Sudden Cardiac Arrest (Have all Coaches and Parents watch the video and read the Sudden Cardiac Arrest information handout.  Once that has been completed, the 2020 Lindsay's Law Compliance Form will need to be filled out and uploaded. *Only teams outside of Ohio
  • Concussion Education Certificate (Needed for all Bench Personal) - Please visit: https://www.nfhslearn.com/courses/61129/concussion-in-sports  Each coach will need to complete this course and then upload the certificate. *Only teams outside of Ohio

For Team's Registering Through US Club Soccer, You will need to complete and upload the following documents:

We will be providing the following PDF's below in the Online Registration Document section which you will need to complete and then upload into the GotSoccer system:  2020 Team Contact Form, 2020 Liability Release Form, Parent Concussion Form, and Lindsay's Law Form.  We will not accept documents in any other way than GotSoccer.  Failure to upload documents by the due date could result in removal from the event without a refund of your application fee.

College Coaches In Attendance


The Ohio Elite College Showcase has become one of the top events in the Midwest, attracting more than 200 of the top U13-U19 teams to play in front of nearly 150 college coaches from NCAA Division I, II, III and NAIA. The Showcase provides both outstanding exposure for its participants and quality competition to prepare for the spring season.

The Showcase is played outdoors on various turf fields around the Greater Cincinnati community.

Ohio Elite College Showcase Housing:  Please note that booking through Ohio Elite Travel for hotel accommodations is MANDATORY for the Ohio Elite College Showcase.  Teams are required to book with a Two-Night Minimum Stay.  Teams found to be in violation of this requirement may be subject to disqualification without refund of their entry fee and may jeopardize their participation in future Ohio Elite Tournaments.  Please book your hotel for this event by clicking the "Hotel" link at the top of this tournament page and following the directions listed.  If you have any questions regarding hotels, please direct them to Rick Bowling, Ohio Elite Event Hotel Coordinator, at rbowling@ohioelite.com.
