1. Login to your team's GotSoccer account and go to 2018 Ohio Elite Spring Classic
2. Click on the Documents tab
3. Select the specific document you would like to upload, choose the file you would like to upload, then upload the file

We have provided the following PDF's below in the Online Registration Document section which you will need to complete and then upload into the GotSoccer system: 2018 Team Contact Form, 2018 Liability Release Form, Parent Concussion Form, and Lindsay's Law Form. We will not accept documents in any other way than GotSoccer. Failure to upload documents by the due date could result in removal from the event without a refund of your application fee.

Games: Each team will play a minimum three games. Finals will be played after the completion of the group games on Sunday.
Spring Classic Housing: Please note that booking through Ohio Elite Travel for hotel accommodations is MANDATORY for the Ohio Elite Spring Classic. Teams found to be in violation of this requirement may be subject to disqualification without refund of their entry fee and may jeopardize their participation in future Ohio Elite Tournaments. Please book your hotel for this event by clicking the "Hotel" link at the top of this tournament page and following the directions listed. If you have any questions regarding hotels, please direct them to Rick Bowling, Ohio Elite Event Hotel Coordinator, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2017 Spring Classic Rebate: If your team was accepted to the 2017 Spring Classic event and you are planning to apply your $100.00 rebate from last year's cancellation, please contact Tim Lesiak at email@example.com to receive a confirmation email of your rebate. You must have email confirmation from Tim Lesiak of your $100.00 rebate and you must send a copy of that email in with your entry fee. We WILL NOT honor any rebates that do not have prior confirmation via email. Rebates can only be applied to a team that was accepted into the 2017 Spring Classic. Rebates cannot be transferred to other teams.
